Transcript is a mean of statement of record from the respective university/college which will be issued for the use of third party. Transcript is not like a mark statement and can be issued in original any number of times by the University/College. Transcripts are needed in original by many universities in other countries for the purpose of admission, granting scholarship, employer verification, immigration authorities where points are to be awarded on the basis of qualifications. Where mark statements are issued to the students only once by Universities/Colleges.
