1. What is a transcript? What is the difference between transcript and mark sheet? Should transcript be a consolidated mark sheet?

Transcript is a mean of statement of record from the respective university/college which will be issued for the use of third party. Transcript is not like a mark statement and can be issued in original any number of times by the University/College. Transcripts are needed in original by many universities in other countries for the purpose of admission, granting scholarship, employer verification, immigration authorities where points are to be awarded on the basis of qualifications. Where mark statements are issued to the students only once by Universities/Colleges. Duplicate marks statements will be issued only after filing a police complaint against the loss of original statement. Whereas official transcripts can be issued to any interested recipients and as many number of times. Transcript cannot be considered as a consolidated mark statement.

2. Are the transcripts delivered in envelopes with signature and seal by the University officials?

Yes, transcripts that we deliver are sealed and signed on the back of the envelope from the registrar or from authorized university officials.

3. How many days does it take to deliver the transcripts?

Delivery time for transcripts depends upon the application evaluation time, processing time taken by college/university, logistics time. These timings varies from university to university, kindly refer to the approximate expected shipment date on the application page. Delivery time heavily depends on the university processing duration. The approximate expected shipment date guarantees a minimum guideline date for arrival based on historical data. There can be little variations on the expected date based on the delay from the University.

4. Are the transcripts shipped directly to the shipment address in USA or Canada?

Yes, transcript processing will be done through the respective university and courier them using mailing envelope directly to any shipping address including destinations in USA and Canada.

5. How can I track the transcript status?

Transcript status can be tracked by getting mails once in three days about the status update as your application progresses through the system. We also update the application status page regularly with the current status of the transcripts. After the shipment is made to logistics/courier Company, we will share the tracking code to verify the status updated on their webpage.

6. What are the documents that I need to submit for transcripts?

Documents required for processing the transcripts will vary from university to university. Kindly refer to this page for documentation requirements for transcript processing. In general, documents required for transcript processing are scanned copies of all marks statements, scanned copy of degree certificates and scanned copy of authorization/declaration form duly signed. Application processing will begin immediately after receiving the scanned documents, for the purpose of compliance requirement, original authorization/declaration form and a self attested photo ID proof needs to be sent to our office address.

7. The University documents are of size larger than A4 how can I scan them in my home scanner?

We always recommend that take the documents to a business center and reduce the documents size to A4 on a Xerox copy. After that take scan copy of the document and send it across. Most of the UPS Stores and FedEx Kinkos in US/Canada will do document size reduction.

8. I need consolidation of transcripts from two universities before shipping them abroad. Do you provide this service?

Yes, we will provide this service if both the universities are located in the same city and we can consolidate the packages. For one of the universities kindly choose shipping address auto-fill as "Consolidate Package".
